Who is the Mastermind for?

The HMO Platform Mastermind is for existing HMO landlords and property professionals who want to improve the profitability of their existing portfolios as well as learn how to source, design, build and fund Next Level HMOs. If you’re lacking ideas, time, or the capital to do this, then The HMO Platform Mastermind is for you!



What is covered in the Mastermind?

The Mastermind is a whole day of learning and coached problem solving. Every month our Masterminders benefit from new bespoke education relevant to the group from an industry expert and Matt and Niall’s experience. Every Masterminder gets at least 30 minutes solely focused on their strategy and their current issues so that they go away with actionable steps to get them closer to their goals.



How many people are there in your Mastermind?

The group is capped, meaning the benefits of Masterminding don’t get watered down by having too many people in the room.



Do I need to attend the Next Level HMO Workshop before joining the Mastermind?

Yes. The workshop will give you the key skills and fill in any blanks that you might have around HMO and Coliving which we then use to build on in the Mastermind.
