He is recognised in the property industry as one of the country’s leading HMO and coliving educators.
Originally a professional pianist and teacher, learning, educating and working with others is something that is very important to Matt.
As an experienced HMO and coliving developer Matt recognised a gap in the market for high quality HMO and coliving training that delivers, and The HMO Platform was born. Matt develops and provides bespoke training for those interested in branching out into or advancing their current HMO and coliving portfolios.

We support the Clock Tower Sanctuary (CTS) based in Brighton. The Clock Tower Sanctuary are the only drop-in day centre in Brighton & Hove for 16-to-25-year-olds who are homeless or insecurely housed.
They provide practical and emotional support to help young people to move from crisis to stability.
We have supported Clock Tower Sanctuary by fundraising at our annual Summer and Christmas events, donations from our networking event, and participating in events such as the Big Sleep Out.

For every client that joins any of our training or mentorship programme we give a portion of our sales to house disadvantaged families in the Philippines via the giving platform B1G1.
Why the Philippines? We have several loyal VA's on our team and we wanted to support a foundation that does good in their home country.
As a company we believe that a business should do more than just attract opportunity for itself and feel it's our responsibility to create 'more' so we can contribute more as well.
We does this through advocating the UN Goals for Sustainable Development, which provides a framework for how businesses, like ours, can make charitable donations towards the world's biggest sustainability challenges.
We champion Goal 8 and Goal 11 as this is where we believe we can make the biggest difference through donations, business practice and the provision of quality homes.
